📦 Shipping & Delivery

1. How long does shipping take?

  • Australia (Domestic): 3–7 business days
  • International: 12–18 business days, depending on location

2. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries.

 3.How can I track my order?
 As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also check your shipment status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

4. My tracking information hasn’t updated—what should I do?
Sometimes tracking can take 1–3 business days to reflect movement. If you still see no updates after that, please contact our support team and we’ll assist right away.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact our support team.

2. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, if you’d like to exchange an item, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the process.

3. Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

1. I made a mistake on my order—can I change it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

2. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within a short window after purchase, before they are processed for shipping. Please reach out to us immediately if you wish to cancel.

3. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We sincerely apologize for any issue. Please contact us with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right—either with a replacement or refund.

Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?
At this time, we don’t offer custom gift wrapping, but many of our items come in gift-ready packaging. Contact us if you’d like to include a note—we’re happy to help where possible!
